I changed my mind, can I do a return?
We do not accept returns and currently we do not offer any store credit.
I purchased the wrong size, can I do an exchange?
We’re happy to do a one-time exchange for regular- priced item(s) if the sizing is wrong. Item(s) must reached us within 7 days of receipt of items, in original condition((i.e. unused, unwashed, with original tags and labels attached), and mailed with the original invoice.
All item(s) will be checked to ensure that they are in their original condition before we process the exchange.
Please note that exchanges are applicable for clothes only. Hana cannot be exchanged except for *manufacturing defect(s).
*Loose threads are not considered as manufacturing defect(s).
How do I go about an exchange or return?

We recommend that you use a trackable service when returning items to us. We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
I received a defective/ wrong item.
We check every item carefully before sending it to you, so we hope this will not happen. However, in the rare event it does, please take a picture of the defect/ incorrect item/s and send it to us via firstname.lastname@example.org to start the exchange process. We will bear the return postage. If the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will arrange a full refund to you.
